After the customer confirms the solution, our company provides simulation of single cooling module or whole machine product, and provides simulation data and report.

Sample making

According to the final plan, the sample process is entered, and the heat pipe radiator sample is 7-8 days; the heat pipe radiator sample is 9- 12 days

Inspection and testing

The factory can meet various thermal performance tests; size test reports, reliability test reports, etc.

Project control and mold opening

Project and mold opening schedule. A dedicated person will control the overall progress of the model. The mold opening cycle for the old heat pipe welding model is 3-4 weeks.

Trial and mass production

100% inspection of heat pipes before product shipment, 100% secondary inspection of overall product performance, appearance inspection, fixture inspection, etc.
